Bayes Theorem
Bayes' Theorem is a mathematical formula used to determine Conditional Probability where probability is calculated based on prior knowledge of conditions that might be related to the event.
Given events and , with as the probability of event occurring given that is true, and as the probability of event occurring given that is true, we can have:
: Prior probability - probability of happening event when there is no evidence present.
: Marginalization(the probability of evidence) - probability of happening of event .
: Likelihood - probability of happening an event given that has occurred.
: Posterior probability - the probability of how likely happens given that has already happened.
